Karim Rashid has designed Flik for Purho, a lamp which by the designer’s definition is “forged by fire but resembling a drop of water”. A demonstration that the clash between tradition and design has the fundamental merit of transforming essential projects into outcomes with a highly sculptural value. “Flik” is made of Murano blown glass available in two variants, table or pendant, both of which are available in 21 shades.
